You bought an above-ground pool — or you're about to — and now you need a crew to actually put it in the ground the right way. Maybe the box is sitting in the driveway and the weekend you set aside to build it turned into a bigger project than you planned. Maybe another installer dug a hole, fell behind, and walked away, and now you're left looking at a half-finished pool in your yard. That's where a lot of our work starts. We install new above-ground pools and we rebuild the ones another crew left hanging, and we do it across Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga and Rensselaer Counties from our home base in Feura Bush.
What we handle on the job
- Site prep and ground leveling so the pool sits true
- Full assembly of the wall, frame, and uprights
- Liner installation fitted and set properly
- Filter and pump hookup to get the water moving
- Plumbing and fittings connected and checked
- Cleanup of the work area when we're done
From first call to clean yard
- 1
Call Lynn and tell us what you've got — a new pool in boxes, a rebuild, or a job another installer left.
- 2
We walk the yard, check the slope and access, and talk through what the install needs.
- 3
We prep and level the site, then build the pool — wall, frame, liner, and all.
- 4
We hook up the filter and pump, get water flowing, and walk you through it.
- 5
We clean up the work area and leave you with a pool that's ready to swim.
The honest part: the base decides everything
A level, properly prepared base is what decides how long an above-ground pool lasts. If the ground isn't right, the wall can't hold, the liner stretches wrong, and you're looking at problems a season or two in. We take the time to prep and level before we build anything, because that's the part you never see but the part that matters most. We'd rather spend the extra hour on the ground than rush it and hand you a pool that doesn't stand up.
A note on New York State pool code
New York State's Uniform Code sets safety requirements for residential pools, including barriers and pool alarms on new pools. Your local town or city building department enforces those rules, and most new pools need a building permit. We'll point you in the right direction, but it's the homeowner's job to check with their town on what's required where you live.
What a customer said
Company was recommended to me by friends for an above ground pool liner installation! Called them, set a date and the showed up! Went to work and within a few hours water was flowing! Excellent job preparing, installing and cleaning up afterwards! Highly recommend for your pool needs!
