When the pools close for the year, we move indoors. Interior renovation is the work that fills our off-season — whole-home projects, room-by-room updates, and the bigger jobs that are hard to live through in the middle of summer. It's the same crew, with the same habits: Dan, Lynn, and a small team who show up when they say, keep the work area picked up, and give you honest options when a wall opens up and the plan has to change. We take on residential interiors only, out of Feura Bush, across Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga and Rensselaer Counties. If you've been living with a project you keep putting off, the off-season is a good time to get it done.

A few honest tips before you start
Bundle the rooms that touch each other. If you're opening a wall between a kitchen and living area, doing the floors and trim in that whole space at once looks better and costs less than coming back to it later.
Expect the unexpected once walls open. Older homes around here hide things behind drywall — we'll tell you what we find and give you options before we keep going, so there are no surprises after the fact.
Time it for the off-season. Interior work is easiest on a family when the yard isn't in use — tell us your timing and we'll try to fit it into the months the pools are closed.
