Pool Liner Replacement - Above-Ground & In-Ground

A torn, stretched, or faded liner is the most common reason a pool starts leaking or just looks tired. We replace pool liners on both above-ground and in-ground pools, and we're the crew people call when a store sold them the wrong liner and told them it would take weeks to get the right one. We measure your pool, source the liner — including specialty and odd-size liners other shops can't get — and install it so it fits and lasts. We work across Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga and Rensselaer Counties from Feura Bush.

How it works

From first call to clean yard

  1. 1

Call and tell us the pool type and what's going on with the liner.

  2. 2

We measure the pool and source the right liner — standard, specialty, or odd-size.

  3. 3

We drain the pool and inspect the walls, bottom, and structure underneath.

  4. 4

We install the new liner and set it so it fits right.

  5. 5

We refill, check that it holds, and clean up the work area.

The honest part: sometimes the liner isn't the real problem

Before we sell you a liner, we check the walls, the bottom, and the structure underneath — because sometimes the liner isn't the real problem. A leaking liner can point to a wall that's rusting, a bottom that's washed out, or a structure that's failing, and dropping a new liner over that just buys you a few months. We'd rather tell you what we actually find and give you the real option than sell you a liner and come back next season. If the liner is the problem, we replace it. If something else is, we say so.

A note on New York State pool code

New York State's Uniform Code sets safety requirements for residential pools, including barriers and pool alarms on new pools. Your local town or city building department enforces those rules, and most new pools need a building permit. We'll point you in the right direction, but it's the homeowner's job to check with their town on what's required where you live.

In their words

What a customer said

Parimutuel Pools deserves every bit of praise. Dan, Lynn, and their incredible team truly saved our summer. After being sold the wrong pool liner by a store and told it would take over three weeks to get the correct specialty liner, we felt stuck and disappointed. Then came Parimutuel Pools—Dan and his crew somehow sourced the right liner and installed it the next day. Our family was beyond thrilled! Their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers are second to none. This kind of customer service is so rare—it felt like they swooped in like poolside superheroes. Huge thanks to Dan, Lynn, and the whole team for going above and beyond! The Scullys
